After a long and serious discussion, we decided to go for Earl Grey because it has a good flavour texture with a hint of orange and bergamot..... Sounds like heaven hey?
I did my shopping on Thursday and I started trying out recipes on Friday night....
First attempt was a massive fail...... And fear of failure is creeping in! I work full time and I had less than 48 hours to get this cookie right.
After a long series of grrrrrr and raaaaahhhh and frustration as well a dose of happy distraction, I took another go and......
